FRIENDS of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium is hosting its 2nd Annual Sustainable Seafood Expo in San Pedro, CA. This one-day event gives restaurants and food purveyors a forum to showcase sustainable seafood products. Attendees will taste various offerings and learn more about supporting sustainability in our everyday lives. The event will also feature chef demonstrations and wine and craft beer tastings.

WHAT YOU GET:
Your business will receive a complimentary booth space in return for participation as a food sampler/informational exhibitor.
Each 10 x 10 booth space will be set up with:
• A 10-foot back wall (black pipe and drape) perfect for your banner or
display.
• One eight-foot table and two chairs.
• Indoor warehouse space environment (concrete floors and high ceilings).
• One floor-length table cover, color to be determined.
WHAT YOU MUST PROVIDE:
• All of the food items and ingredients for 750 small tastes.
• A company logo, banner or display to decorate your booth.
• Recipes, menus, and information on how the average consumer can
support sustainable seafood.
• Staff to load in and load out: set up and serve; provide information.
Additional services will be available for a nominal charge (forklifts,
electrical power, etc.)
